Gemma is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor with over 10 years’ experience helping women build strength, energy, and confidence. She’ll guide your workouts and provide the fitness knowledge to keep things simple yet effective.

Tracy is qualified in Nutrition and passionate about helping women create sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into busy lives.

Together, they’ll keep you motivated, accountable, and supported—every step of the way. 🌟

Do I need to count calories or follow a strict diet?
Not at all. The Clean Up is about learning how to fuel your body properly—not about restriction. You’ll enjoy real, satisfying food without calorie counting.

What is the 80/20 lifestyle?
It’s a simple, sustainable way of eating—80% nourishing whole foods, 20% flexibility for the things you love. We’ll guide you step by step so it feels effortless.

Will I be hungry on the programme?
No! Our approach is about balance and fuelling your body, not leaving you starving. Most participants are surprised by how much they can eat while still seeing results.

I’ve tried every diet before—how is this different?
This isn’t a “quick fix” or crash diet. We focus on habits, education, and support so you can make changes that stick. Many of our past participants have kept their results long after the programme ended.

What happens after the 7 weeks?
You’ll finish with the tools, confidence, and support to keep living the 80/20 lifestyle on your own. Many women choose to continue with our community for ongoing motivation too.

What if I have a holiday, birthday, or night out during the programme?

That’s life — and we want this to work with your lifestyle, not against it. Try to stick to the plan as much as you can, and if you’re eating out, have a quick look at the menu in advance to choose options that suit the Clean Up. We’ll be on hand to help guide those choices if you’re unsure.

You’ll feel a fantastic sense of achievement for staying on track, and your body will respond positively — even with life’s little celebrations along the way. 

Is the programme suitable if I don’t need to lose weight?
Yes. While many women do lose weight, the focus is on feeling better, having more energy, reducing cravings, and building healthy habits that last.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU JOIN

Shortly before we being, you’ll be welcomed into our private WhatsApp group which will be your space for daily encouragement, support, and accountability throughout the whole journey.

You will also receive our full Clean-Up Pack, giving you everything you need to get started: meal guidance, simple workouts, tips, tricks and tools. The WhatsApp group officially opens that day too, so you can ask questions, connect with others, and feel supported from the very start.

You’ll then have a whole week to prepare, get organised, and ease yourself in—so when the Clean-Up begins, you’re ready and confident.
