This does not mean consuming shakes, pureeing food or constantly counting calories! Our fully qualified team will use their knowledge of food science to help you make better food choices eating 'NORMAL' (but nutritional) food!

You will discover that these programmes will fit into busy lifestyles-it's all about organisation!
One week prior to beginning, you will receive a detailed plan outlining everything you need to know ensuring a smooth seven-week process. This gives you a full week to review, meal plan and prep and ask any questions you have. Our Nutrition Advisors and fellow community will be available daily to discuss/answer any questions you may have to ensure you're fully prepared and ready to go!
