Gemma is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor with over 10 years’ experience helping women build strength, energy, and confidence. She’ll guide your workouts and provide the fitness knowledge to keep things simple yet effective.
Tracy is a qualified nutrition advisor who transformed her own health at 48 and is now passionate about helping women make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into busy lives.
Together, they’ll keep you motivated, accountable, and supported—every step of the way. 🌟

Instead of following strict meal plans, we give you ingredient lists, meal ideas and inspiration to help you create balanced, wholesome meals that work for your lifestyle without calorie counting!
Each week you’ll learn how to organise, prep and cook from scratch with clever time-saving tips and simple food swaps that cut down on processed foods without feeling restrictive.

Will I be hungry on the programme?
No! Our approach is about balance and fuelling your body, not leaving you starving. Most participants are surprised by how much they can eat while still seeing results.
I’ve tried every diet before—how is this different?
This isn’t a “quick fix” or crash diet. We focus on habits, education, and support so you can make changes that stick. Many of our past participants have kept their results long after the programme ended.
What happens after the 7 weeks?
You’ll finish with the tools, confidence, and support to keep living the 80/20 lifestyle on your own. Many women choose to continue with our community for ongoing motivation too.
What if I have a holiday, birthday, or night out during the programme?
That’s life — and we want this to work with your lifestyle, not against it. Try to stick to the plan as much as you can, and if you’re eating out, have a quick look at the menu in advance to choose options that suit the Clean Up. We’ll be on hand to help guide those choices if you’re unsure.

Is the programme suitable if I don’t need to lose weight?
