Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions 1. Booking and Payment For multi-day retreats, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Full payment is due as outlined in your booking confirmation email. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your space being offered to someone else. For overnight stays, full payment is required at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations and Transfers Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your place, and find a replacement (or we fulfil it from our waiting list), your subsequent payments can be transferred to another person. In the unlikely event that Gemma Tossell Wellness cancels the retreat, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued. 3. Travel and Insurance Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility and is not included in the retreat cost. There is plenty of on site parking. We strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances (e.g. illness, transport delays, family emergencies). 4. Health and Liability By booking, you confirm you are fit to participate in the retreat activities (including light movement sessions) and will inform us of any medical conditions or injuries. You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat. Gemma Tossell Wellness are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat. 5. Dietary Requirements We will do our best to cater to dietary needs if we are informed in advance. Please communicate any allergies or intolerances upon booking. While all reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 6. Code of Conduct Retreat attendees are expected to be respectful to others and the venue. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the group or breaches these terms, with no refund given. 7. Photos and Content Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use on our website and social media platforms. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins and kindly remove yourself from any group photos being taken during the event. We will always respect your privacy if you let us know. 8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, transport strikes).
