YOUR RETREAT HOSTS

You’ll be supported throughout the weekend by two qualified wellness professionals, both on site for the duration of the retreat.

We don’t disappear between sessions, we eat with you, move with you and are always on hand to answer questions, offer guidance or simply chat.

This is a friendly, inclusive environment where you’ll feel supported, not scrutinised.

Shared rooms are relaxed, friendly and thoughtfully matched, and there are plenty of comfortable spaces both inside and outside the venue if you’d like some time to yourself.

Whether you come solo or with others, you’ll feel comfortable, included and at ease from the moment you arrive.
