Wellness Retreats
With Gemma Tossell Wellness

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

• Full payment is due 8 weeks before the retreat start date.

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your space being offered to someone else.

2. Cancellations and Transfers

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel your place after full payment has been made, your payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person you find to take your place.

• If you are unable to attend and no replacement is found, your payment will be forfeited.

• In the unlikely event that Gemma Tossell Wellness cancels the retreat, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

3. Travel and Insurance

• Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility and is not included in the retreat cost.

• We strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances (e.g. illness, transport delays, family emergencies).

4. Health and Liability

• By booking, you confirm you are fit to participate in the retreat activities (including light movement sessions) and will inform us of any medical conditions or injuries.

• You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat.

• Gemma Tossell Wellness are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.

5. Dietary Requirements

• We will do our best to cater to dietary needs if we are informed in advance. Please communicate any allergies or intolerances upon booking.

• While all reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Code of Conduct

• Retreat attendees are expected to be respectful to others and the venue.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the group or breaches these terms, with no refund given.

7. Photos and Content

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use on our website and social media platforms.

• If you would prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins and kindly remove yourself from any group photos being taken during the event.

• We will always respect your privacy if you let us know.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, transport strikes).
