We created this 21-day reset because we’ve seen, time and time again, how overwhelmed women feel when it comes to health and wellbeing. Conflicting advice, all-or-nothing approaches and unrealistic expectations often leave people feeling stuck, frustrated or like they’ve “failed”, even when they’re trying their best.
As qualified Personal Trainers and Nutrition Advisors, with over 10 years of combined experience supporting women, we wanted to create something different. A simple, realistic plan that helps you reset habits, reconnect with your body and feel better, without restriction, guilt or extremes.
This reset is designed to fit into real life. It can be completed digitally or printed, at your own pace, in your own space. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just gentle structure, guidance and encouragement to help you build healthier habits that actually last.
