YOUR RETREAT HOSTS
Gemma is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor with over 10 years of experience helping women improve their health, fitness, and lifestyle. She’s passionate about creating retreats that combine movement, relaxation and connection in a supportive environment. Gemma will be guiding your workouts, offering practical nutrition advice, and making sure every detail of your stay feels seamless.
Tracy is a qualified Nutrition Advisor with a strong background in project management, bringing both expertise and organisation to every retreat. She plays a key role in planning and coordinating your weekend, while also being on hand to support you throughout. Along with Gemma, Tracy ensures everything runs smoothly so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
WELCOMING MICHELLE
We’re so excited to welcome Michelle to our Mindfulness Retreat, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in yoga, relaxation and sound healing.
Michelle will guide you through a deeply calming twilight sound bath experience, using soothing frequencies and gentle vibrations to help quiet the mind, release tension and bring your body into a state of complete relaxation.
This is your time to switch off, slow down and fully immerse yourself in the moment, allowing your nervous system to reset while you simply lie back and absorb the experience.
It’s a beautiful addition to the retreat, designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and truly restored.
