ABOUT GEMMA TOSSELL WELLNESS
Gemma Tossell Wellness was created to support women in prioritising their health, fitness and overall wellbeing in a realistic and sustainable way.
We combine professional fitness and nutrition knowledge with a genuine understanding of the pressures women face in everyday life. Our approach is supportive, practical and community-led, helping women build confidence, strength and balance without extremes.
Through local events, group programmes and wellness retreats, we create welcoming spaces where women can move their bodies, learn something new and take time for themselves.

We are delighted to welcome Juliet Sensier, owner of The Hair Room, a highly regarded local studio offering professional hair and make-up services.
Alongside her work in the beauty industry, Juliet brings valuable experience in massage and will be providing a short taster treatment of either a nail and hand or foot massage. A focused session offering a glimpse into the deeply relaxing treatments she offers.

We are delighted to welcome Louise of Huckle Holistic Therapies, an experienced reflexologist who will be offering a choice of reflexology or Indian head massage taster session.
With over 16 years experience supporting relaxation and wellbeing, Louise’s gentle, calming approach is designed to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension and support the body’s natural balance.

FITSTEPS DANCE SESSION

During your morning, you will get to experience an uplifting Fitsteps dance class which is a fun, easy-to-follow session that blends simple dance steps with feel-good music to gently raise your heart rate and boost your mood. Designed for all abilities, it’s about enjoying movement rather than getting it perfect.
You’ll leave feeling energised, more confident and uplifted, with that natural post-movement glow that helps reduce stress and lift your spirits for the rest of the day.
RELAX & RESET STRETCH
Gemma’s sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body in a gentle, supportive way. Through uplifting movement and slow, restorative stretching, she creates a welcoming space where you can release tension, ease tight muscles and allow your nervous system to fully unwind. You’ll be guided at a comfortable pace, with plenty of encouragement and options to suit all abilities, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed.

Every guest will receive a thoughtfully curated goody bag filled with a selection of wellbeing treats and useful items to continue your wellness journey at home. It’s our way of adding a few extra thoughtful touches to your experience and making the day feel even more special.

Do I need to be fit?
No - the optional fitness session is suitable for all abilities.
Can I attend on my own?
Absolutely.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sports wear and trainers suitable for light movement.
Do I need to bring anything?
A mat or large towel.
How do I book my preferred treatment time?
Once you have booked your place at the Wellness Experience, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the therapist’s contact details. You can then contact with of them directly to arrange your treatment time and choose your preferred treatment.
Each therapist has a limited number of appointments for each treatment, so we recommend booking promptly if there is a particular treatment you would like. Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and only one treatment per guest.
